Step No 1:- First of all open the command in the Fastboot folder by holding the Shift key and click on the empty space of the folder on your mouse.
Step No 2:- Via original USB cable connect your device to PC.
Step No 3:- Reboot your Nexus device into fastboot mode by typing the below given command in the command prompt.
adb reboot bootloader
Step No 4:- If your device is not bootloader unlocked then unlock it by using the below given command.
fastboot oem unlock

Step No 8:- Now in the custom recovery install the SuperSU Zip file.
Step No 9:- When the SuperSU file is successfully flashed then reboot the device.
