How to Downgrade to Fire OS 3.5 from 3.5.1
If your device is running on Fire OS 3.5.1 then you can downgrade it to Fire OS 3.5 in order to get root access to it.
Step No 1:- You should have Fire OS 3.5.1.
Step No 2:- Download the Fire OS 3.5 Firmware.
Step No 3:- When the downloading completes then rename the bin file to update.bin.
Step No 4:- Reboot your Amazon Fire Phone.
Step No 5:- Press and Hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together for entering into Recovery Mode.
Step No 6:- After entering into the Recovery Mode, select Apply Update from ADB option for flashing the bin file via ADB commands.
Step No 7:- Plug your Amazon Fire Phone to PC/Laptop via original USB data cable.
Step No 8:- Now launch the command prompt in the directory where you’ve already placed the update.bin file. For this right-click in the blank space of the folder while holding the shift key of the keyboard and select open command window here.
Step No 8:- Type the below given command for flashing the update.bin on your Amazon Fire Phone.
adb sideload update.bin
Step No 9:- When it complete flashing your device then factory reset your Amazon Fire Phone from Recovery and then reboot it.
